Terms & Conditions / Payment Methods
At the time of booking a cheque for 25% of the total bill must be paid as a deposit to secure
the booking. The balance to be paid by cheque 4 weeks before the holiday commences. The
deposit will be lost if the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the start of the holiday.

The weeks are booked Friday to Friday. New arrivals can access the
property at 15.00. You must vacate the property by 10.00 on the day of
departure.
Weeks available for short breaks are marked with an asterisk (*SB) and
are from £100 for 3 nights depending on the weekly rate
There are 2 short breaks we do :-
Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 3 nights
or Monday to Thursday- 4 nights.
Please enquire.
